10th gen cheap air cooler

hi im building a pc for my son it has a i5 10th gen (10500) and want a cheap air cooler better then the stock intel one any suggestions ?
needs rgb
easy to install
comes with a fan
looking at the £30ish mark

They're totally dominating the bang for buck Market

The Thermalright Assassin King PA120 SE (148mm high) would fit the bill nicely. It's a single tower cooler with a single 120mm fan and is just under £15. You could go all out with the Thermalright Peerless Assassin SE120 (156mm high) at just over £30 or the Thermalright Phantom Spirit PS120 SE (155 mm high) also at just over £30. Both are twin tower coolers with a pair of fans. The PS120 has a extra heatpipe over the PA120 and cools slightly better and strangely enough is 20p cheaper than the PA120 SE.

Thermalright peerless assassin for thirty quid.. They do an RGB version too if that's your thing.

Thermalright certainly do some rgb versions
Main thing is they provide great cooling
At a great price
Sort of the new hyper 212 evo guess you could say
As long as the coolers great
Can always add your own rgb fans afterwards anyway

perfect should do the job nicely a hell better then the stand intel e waste cooler

All of the ones I suggested have ARGB versions. The Assassin King would be more than enough for a 10500.
