It's been a while since I looked into this, but any progress in the Punkbuster, Easy Anticheat problem yet? i.e lack thereof.
There's an EAC runtime in Steam. I've played a few games of Hell Let Loose with no problems.
I've just (a few days ago) switched to Debian stable after I got sick of Windows giving me issues. I've had zero issues getting any games to work. I've tried Helldivers 2, Hell Let Loose, Teardown (Windows kept dragging me out of the game every few minutes prompting the switch,) and Fallout: New Vegas which refused to run on Windows 11 but works perfectly on Linux.
Even setting up my triple monitors for my sim racing rig has been a breeze. I have a 4K monitor and then 3 1440p monitors for the sim rig and I never did get it to play ball on Windows thanks to the different resolutions and refresh rates. On Linux it remembers the position of them when I turn them off and back on and it doesn't keep throwing its toys out of the pram.
So far I'm very impressed with my Linux experience and can't see myself going back to Windows. I am considering updating to the newest version of KDE as that has VRR support. I tried Nobara before Debian and was getting a weird flickering where the screen would darken with any form of input.
