Went to bike after work and as I wheeled the bike out the rack, immediately felt something was off with front wheel. Looked down and the QR is unsecured.

It didn't just come undone during work, so this is straight up tampering according to a few co-workers who also cycle. Is there anything more one can do, other than report it to my workplace?

I suppose you could close the QR along the fork and the rear frame and zip tie it. It would then prevent any joker easily undoing it but it does cause you potential problems when you get a puncture out on the road as you would need the means of cutting the zip tie when required to get the wheel off
