Hi all,
just moved my ps5 slim into the lounge and i have it horizontal now (no room for vertical) and it looks kinda wonky, is that how its supposed to be? The disc drive end is off the floor.

No its long gone, bought it in February but have been using it in my office vertically.

Mine had a black circular stand, not 2 bits like that. Did they change them recently? On a related note, I think needing a stand to have console horizontal is stupid.

The slim doesn’t get a stand like that in the box

And the circular stand is horrible anyway - as soon as you move the ps5 it falls off the stand

Have you lost the screw for the bottom of the stand ?

Didn't know it had one when lying flat?
Just has two prongs that grip the back of the console

It's a garbage stand
Its clearly been an afterthought.

I've had my PS5 vertical since launch and never once even used the stand... Didn't feel like it needed it!

The stand provides some additional clearance for the vents on the bottom, but realistically it's not likely to make a huge difference providing it's in a well-ventilated area otherwise.

I managed to put my PS5 upside down and only realised when I put the GT7 disc in upside down. I had the PS5 on a TV shelf and assumed it was meant to be stood up which is why it looked stupid being horizontal. Found the stands yesterday and rotated the PS5 and looks much better now.
