anyone know the best way to get it off?
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.
isopropyl alcoholanyone know the best way to get it off?
I never have but as it stands there in some on two pins.Don't get it on the pins in the first place
Assuming this is an AM4 cpu, then probably dental floss might do the job
Non conductive pastes can cause poor connections or outright block conductivity.I suppose you are only really worried about shorting between pins
In future use contact cleaner spray from WD-40. Made for electronics and comes with a nozzle.
