Newbie advice for PC build.

Im going to install the gpu today but but im not sure what to do about the integrated graphics card and drivers.
Some people say disable it in the bios, others say just delete the drivers, and then theres others that say that you dont need to do anything as the monitor will be plugged into the new one and that you should leave the integrated card and drivers as is.
Just wondering what you fellas recommend?

Personally I disable it in the bios then there's no chance of conflicts and all programs will default to the 7800xt.
